attr-animation example doesn't animate on iPad #24

Not quite sure what the reason is: I'm not seeing an error in the iPad debug console yet.

It, plus the boid example, don't appear to work on the iPad. I'm not sure if this is because of the iPad.

attr-animation works on the ipad now, as does boid, though slowly.

The bug had to do with the way style tags were being parsed, and was corrected during the run with Shriram's cs019 class in the winter.
