whalesong launcher is version-specific? #60

I need to consider what should happen to a whalesong launcher if one upgrades versions. I think the right thing to do is have the launcher auto-upgrade to the new whalesong version.

the dynamic require automatically relocates to the new whalesong version if it's been installed.
