Generate changelogs and release notes from conventional commits #632

As a user, I'd like to generate changelogs and release notes based on commit messages in conventional commits format when I create a new version or a new product.

Hi @amancooks08 this is not a problem, this is a feature request that has not been implemented yet, so we are happy if you jump in.
