Off-Centered by One Pixel #12

There was a bug in agg23's Image Processor that offset all images by one pixel to the left. Because of this, all bin file images have a 1-pixel strip of white on the right. He recently fixed this bug, so update the processor, and render all images.

This should be fixed. I re-rendered all home, arcade, and unreleased images. I did not re-render alternatives.
