Some home consoles have different names and different shapes depending on if they were released in North America, Europe, or Japan. With the new version of the platform images, it's not so difficult to make as long as I can find the image.
So, let's try to make regional images.
European Versions
[x] snes - Super Nintendo (shape)
[x] genesis - Mega Drive (name & shape)
[x] pce - TurboGrafx (name, shape is similar to US)
Japanese Versions
[x] nes - Famicom (name & shape)
[x] snes - Super Famicom (name & shape)
[x] sms - Sega Mark III (name & shape)
[x] genesis - Mega Drive (name & shape)
[x] pce - PC Engine (name & shape)
[x] pcecd - PC Engine CD (name only & shape)
**Note: Turbo Duo was released in Japan, but not released in Europe. Also, the PC Engine CD was the same in Europe as Japan.

The PC Engine was released in Europe as the TurboGrafx and it was similar to the US counterpart. As far as I can tell, the CD add-on was never released in Europe. https://consolemods.org/wiki/TG16:TurboGrafx-16_Model_Differences
