Display Shiny Progress from Pokemon Legends #83

Write a webpage that will show the Shiny Pokemon that I have obtained in Pokemon Legends.

The page should work similarly to the Let's Go page, but it will only ones I've captured. I'm not going for a complete Shiny Dex at the moment. The page will show which shinies I have captured in the order that I have captured them. The order should be taken from the order of the entries in the database.

This is working now. A new case can be opened in the future if we want to convert it to a full dex completion, or display shinies in dex order.
