Using !hisuiget fails for WILD catches. #88

There's a bug in the recently added !hisuiget commands. When trying to use it with WILD catches (ie not including a resets counter), the command fails.

The code required that resets never be null, which is not the case for WILD catches.

!hisuiget WILD [whatever] <-- This now works without specifying resets.
