Denote rare shinies in Hisui dex. #97

For the missing Hisui dex, denote a rare shiny for the shiny marker. "Rare", in this case, means a shiny that doesn't appear in a massive mass outbreak. And, why not add it to each of the pages.

Looks good. Rare shinies are denoted with the shiny mark. And this is across all 3 pages. If a caught pokemon happens to be both rare and alpha, both marks are shown.
