Playstation Games : Add Links to Blog Posts #114

If any of the Playstation games in the database happen to have a blog post, then the title should be a link to that blog post. This should work the same way it does for the Games Collection.

Maybe it should be done in an extensible way where the Analogue Pocket game list could have links too, and we're not copying work? Well, we can cross that bridge later.
