Playstation Games : Add Menu selection for Save Availability #117

Now that I've added saves to Playstation games on the PS2 Game Inventory page, there should be a selection under Genre (or somewhere) to show all games that have saves available.

Added an option to the side menu for choosing to show all games with saves available. All should be working.
