Update Post Content in RSS Feed #121

The RSS feed appears to be working, but there are a few things that appear in the RSS contents to do work outside of the site. Namely these two things:

Section Headers are not bold
Images aren't linked

Images are being replace with Javascript for the gallery to work on page. This doesn't work in an RSS feed, so the RSS contents should output the true link.
