Unown Page : Allow user input #36

For the Unown page, modify the custom list at the top to allow people to type in the Unown they do have, so it'll show a list of the ones they don't along with the events they were available at.

I added a textbox at the top of the page, so users can add their own unowns and have a list of their own missing Unowns.

I also made Apps/Layout more generic, so this page could use it, too.
