Raid Counters : Count and Display the most valuable Raid Counters. #38

At the top of the Raid Counters page display the most valuable Raid counters for Megas, Shadows, and Regulars. Do this by counting how many times the particular counter appears across all lists.

The list of top Pokemon has been added to the top of the page.
