Edit Raid Counters to include lvl 40 and lvl 50 pokemon #40

Gamepress's DPS/TDO page allows spreadsheets for different levels of attackers. Generate csv files for level 40 and 50 and put them together on the overall raid counter spreadsheet.

This has been complete. However, it now takes a long time to get the data for the pages. It used to take about an hour or less, but with double the amount of work, it now takes close to 3 hours.

Generating the lists locally would be best. A new case is opened #41
