Raid Counter : Add Best Friend attack bonus #45

I'm always raiding with myself, best friend, so I think the raid counter page should use the Best Friend bonus, which add an extra 10% to attacks. (or x1.1 to attack)

I think I did this correctly. It might need to change depending on how other things are implemented in the future, though.
