Update Image Gallery in Javascript rather than Tapestry Zones #49

Tapestry Zones aren't going to work on static pages as there is no server to hit. The Image Gallery makes heavy use of this currently, so it'll need to be changed in order to work properly.

This is part of the overall static page overwrite #46
