Increase Accessibility of Website #68

Page Speeds gives the site a 66 for Accessibility, mostly complaining about not using alt text for images and links. Wave (https://wave.webaim.org/) complains about this too.

There are a number of things that can be done to increase these things, so look at the results from these validating sites and try to implement them.

The Page Speed accessibility score went from 66 to 72 with the recent changes

Oh wow. Adding alt text to all links and images boosted this to 100% for Accessibility on Page Speed

Wave no longer has any errors, but lots of warnings.
