Game Collection : Apply Condition and Region #74

The main games database has been completed in #21. Now there are a few extra things I want.

On the Console page, allow the user to choose a region or condition to further narrow down the contents of the list. The All list should not change it's numbers.

Maybe allow this on the main page too?

Parameters are working. Just need to use the parameters with the data.
