Game Collection : Link to Blog Posts for Games #78

I've written about many games in the past. If I happen to own the game, the entry in the Game Collection should be able to link back to the blog post. This will have to be manually as automatically detecting game articles will take too long and will still be inaccurate.

Links have been added to games and those links are active.

Link all blog posts whether they are published or not. Before linking to them, check their published status.
