Make a menu button for the upper right corner of the website.

The menu should contain links that aren't visible on mobile. Maybe it should include everything in the subheader, and then the subheader can be removed?

The menu has been added for mobile! Whenever the screen isn't long enough to fit the links in the header, the menu button will appear with all the links from the header and subheader.
