Raid Counters : Visual Overhaul

Recently, I added value labels for level, dps, etc, and it made the Pokemon Raid Counter page look a lot more presentable.

Originally, I just wanted to have text because I didn't want the page to take forever to load. But now that everything is static on the site, and we're hosting images anyways, lets do it.

• Reuse the shiny images from the Pokemon Shiny pages as background images for each cell.
• Have a background color for every cell based on the Pokemon's type. Could be annoying with duo types.
• Add a ★ in front of Elite moves.
• Add type icons in front of each of moves indicating the type.
• Add Collapsable Sections for each Generation of Legendary and Mega. Or maybe Tabs instead of Sections?

Change limits to top 2 megas, top 3 or 3 shadows, and go from there.

This is more or less complete. I've opened up two more cases for other features that have not yet been added.
