Change number of posts per category #94

On the category pages, each category and sub-category shows the most recent 20 posts. For every 7 posts, a post is highlighted on the right side. Add one more post to the list so 3 posts will be displayed on the side.

This has been implemented.

Also, I fixed the alignment of the date.
