Number each Post #95

In the archive, category pages, and maybe even the post itself, add a number to the post.

This number will be in order by date of all posts (either Post, ClubPost, or LessonPost) with a publishedLevel of 2 or above. Also, the number should start at 100.

Hmmm, or maybe a pulishedLevel of 1 or above and start at number 1.

Anyway, maybe this would be a good idea.

I think this looks good. Some of the formatting for posts with long titles doesn't look that great, but I think it's an improvement overall.
