Sql to class - more generation options

The parts of the class that are produced should be parameterized to give the user more control over it.

• Templated generation:
  • Entity - one to one with database
  • Model - essentially copy of Entity, but for use with API
  • Service - partial classes built for business rules
  • Repository - partial classes built for querying db for entity data
  • Use vanilla ADO
    • Dynamically generated statements via reflection
    • Concrete statements
    • three basic prebuilt static CUD statements
    • up to two R statements, depends on presence of PK
      • get by key
      • get all
    • Bulk Copy support via reflection
  • Use FluentAPI
  • Use Dapper
• Clone method for Entity and Model
  • will share DTO maker code
  • Interface will be provided for each Entity
• Serialization method
  • To CSV - produced as text qualified
  • From CSV - consume text qualified
  • To JSON
  • From JSON
• Equality and comparison options
  • IEquatable
  • IEqualityComparer
  • Any other use cases
