Currently, some parts of the monitor website are hard-coded to say that our data source is the 'VBN' or 'Verkehrsverbund Bremen/Niedersachsen'. This should be configurable, e.g. via command-line options or env variables, so anyone can run a monitor on the data source of their choice and have it display the correct info everywhere.

This was kind of redundant to #26 so it is already fixed.
