Fix Navigation and Homepage Hero #115

This addresses #94, which has expanded from the original issue. Per the comments of that issue this PR fixes:

  1. The header layout to prevent the navigation from shift out of the header, and at time not visible.
  2. Updates the tagline in the hero to match new branding language
