Patch for 1-wire device lookup for multi-master/multi-channel (e.g. DS2482-x) #105

Just replace onewire.py with this one and run "sudo ./setup.sh skip-apt"

This patch is ONLY needed when you have at least one 1-wire slave in config 
with no address noted (e.g. myds = DS2408).
