I have also had this problem. Script was working ok but next time had the error.
I am using Raspbian Wheezy on a Pi 2, chrome browser. If I comment out the
script line in the config file the default works ok but when I reinstate a
script that was working I get the error. I will check for Webiopi version, the
debug I remember said Python 3. This occurred after a new script I was
developing failed to work and I wanted to 'begin again' from a previously
working script.
