Well never really understand it, and don't want to use layout in framework ... I don't need responsive I just need

[ ] vertical centralized login box
[ ] side bar that fixed to left
[ ] nav bar at top
[ ] sticky footer regardless of content height (i.e. don't jump up when there is no data in table)
