没啥用……这种heuristic的调度器文章可以找出50篇（

其实还可以结合game theory，加上bandwidth/disk/cpu等信息解一个凸优化更好地灌水调度

@gaocegege 至今仍能找到一大堆所谓的heuristic只是把里面的算法换了个样子 :slightly_smiling_face:
