How change detection works in frontend frameworks (actually there are two parts, detect there is change, apply the effect of change to DOM)

• vue3 uses proxy to hook read/write, it used to use getter/setter and cannot handle array index read etc. Didn't check how the render work, official doc should have it https://vuejs.org/guide/extras/reactivity-in-depth.html#what-is-reactivity
• angular uses zone to hook (patch) async events https://github.com/angular/angular/tree/master/packages/zone.js
• react requires explict calling setState, then render will creates a new virtual dom tree, compare it with old one to get a diff, patch actual DOM based on diff
