UX: Packages #110

It'd be nice to have a packaged CBQN. Not only for direct use, but also so projects like Beacon can be packaged as well.

CBQN is already in some package managers (guix, nix, Arch AUR to my knowledge) maintained by community members, and anyone is free to put in the effort to expand that list.
