Design for Blogs Scene

As a visitor, I should see blogs list, and browse them, read, write, modify, react & comment on any blog.

scenarios:

• [x] browse blog posts from the sidebar
• [x] Read blog post
• [x] Modify blog post
• [x] React to blog post
• [x] Comment on a blogpost

Note that the Learn and Blog scene has the same UI. the difference between is you need the admin access to edit and add to Learn. and for the Blog, anyone can submit a post.

I've completed the UI.

1. Add Post
2. Read Post and you can comment and edit the post directly if you are logged in
3. Browse Posts
