Description

This PR contains breaking changes and fixes:

• Removed home screen from mobile app, and set contribute screen as the default
• Fixed ESLint setup, and added TypeScript compiler check, and fixed error/warn
• Decommissioned old api, and moved /v2 apis to the root
• replaced FAB component with BottomSheet for smoother UX
• display a loader when fetching Filters for the first time

yeah, before we were relying only on eslint, which only lints JS errors but not TS ones, now we ensure that our code doesn't have TS issues
