Fix: Added robots.txt to disallow indexing non production version of the website #474

Description

Google is indexing the staging version of the website:

[x] /robot.txt to prevent: https://www.google.com/search?q=stage.dzcode.io
[x] /robot.txt to prevent: https://www.google.com/search?q=api-stage.dzcode.io
[x] /robot.txt to prevent: https://www.google.com/search?q=api.dzcode.io (tick once release to production)

These changes will tell google or any agent to not index any version of dzcode.io other than the production one.
