BUG: loading of articles and docs fails when page URL ends with `/` #476

Describe the bug as per the title, this was reported in Sentry

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://www.dzcode.io/Articles/A_Python_Website_No_Framework_Needed/
  2. It shows error
  3. Go to https://www.dzcode.io/Articles/A_Python_Website_No_Framework_Needed
  4. It loads fine

Expected behavior https://www.dzcode.io/Articles/A_Python_Website_No_Framework_Needed/ should load fine.
