Change project name #2

Hey,

Under linux, you will have issues changing into the directory. As a workaround, you can type cd ./-artnet_advertise.

I would propose to change the project name to artnet-advertiste-wled.

hey , sure, i will try to do that, as "-" was auto-added by github, not sure why..
