If board sees no motion since last wake, reduce log interval temporarily? #2

How would this work. Need to measure relative power consumption of board and gps. Maybe waking board more often so it can decide gps wakes less will conserve power. Make sure configure gps to sleep not just to log less frequently.

Or maybe the solution is to add an accelerometer?
