Add linux / mono support for SWD Recorder

Linux support will require Mono 2.11 and higher.

I've just tried to open it with MonoDevelop 3.1.0 on Ubuntu 12.04. Two of three solutions has opened fine, but I've received an error on the "Sample.Tests" projects could-not-load-project-sample-tests

You have pointed out a great issue. Today I’ll start working on Linux support and try to enhance Linux build process to use xbuild only and fix the dependencies.
