gif not supported by cropperjs. See https://github.com/fengyuanchen/cropperjs/issues/756
tiff were only supported on safari. See https://github.com/fengyuanchen/cropperjs/issues/622
BTW, tiff were not supported to be previewed by all browser. See https://github.com/blueimp/jQuery-File-Upload/issues/1576
