Metadata Export no longer works / Alternative implementation #3356

The export of metadata with da|ra no longer works. Maybe some dependencies on the da|ra side are broken.

We need to implement an alternative. We already have mappings to DublinCore & schema.org . Further mappings need to be implemented.
