Just a little question here: are you planning to wrap a Win32 exe or rewriting it into a new framework?

Haven't considered this fully yet, but wrapping the existing app with the UWP Desktop Bridge (https://developer.microsoft.com/windows/bridges/desktop) seems like a good start.

Rewriting the application from the ground up as a UWP app will take more time than I could reasonably spare for this in the near future.
