Minimize/Maximize/Close buttons still functional when title bar is hidden #206

The Minimize, Maximize, and Close window buttons remain functional even after hiding the title bar (Advanced Options > Windows title > None). 2021-09-19 19_50_05-Window

Because the title bar is hidden, they are positioned over the timer's progress bar.
