The smallest possible window size for the timer window is quite large, and it would be good to have a minimal view for people who want a window to be always on top but not too large.

Nice work on the app. I have used it off and on for a few years. A couple of recommendations on this thread ...

Simplest and sufficient would be to allow the window to be collapsed to where only the color outline is visible (see image)
