We could try to find out what's required to host npm packages, maybe it could be supported by Reposilite at some point.

Before we will implement this in Reposilite, we should prepare tiny prototype, so we can estimate how much work is required in order to provide proper NPM support.

The prototype will be covered by @zrdzn
