From what I can find, there is no way to decrease the UI scale to make Kotify usable. I'm using the DEB version on the README

Thanks for the report! This is a known issue due to the underlying UI library not respecting display scaling on Linux. I'm not actively working on Kotify at the moment, but I'll try to fix it if I return to the project. In the meantime, if you're interested in building from source, the scaling can be controlled here.
