Provide a new version for the Plugin Portal #50

Because PR #47 is not included in the 1.0.2 at PPUC

@dzsessona : Are you sure, that you uploaded the correct version? At http://plugins.netbeans.org/plugin/43217/quickopener NB8.0 there is still version 1.0.2 for manual download

yes, i updated the library, regenerated the nbm file and uploaded it to the portal. I will tag as another version and double check that.
