Refactor run custom dialog: simplify, add keyboard-only support #66

remove default command logic
remove duplicated logic to configure commands (use the dialog from the options)
add link/button to options panel
add mnemonics
allow keyboard selection of command (and ENTER to execute command)
allow doubleclick to execute command (like before)
add command preview with replaced placeholders
