"Confirmation on default command" option doesn't work #91

General Options has a "Confirmation on default command" checkbox. Two problems:

It's misnamed - It enables a confirmation dialog on custom commands, not the default command.
It doesn't work anyway - the Apply button doesn't save it to preferences.
