Fix health overlap > 1.0 When health pickup is taken health goes above limit.

Revision 13:

Modified SideScroller character to have a generic Healing function
Added clamps for Heal function to limit max value to 100%
Replaced Health pickup and Regeneration to utilize common Heal function on character
